Heaven's Cure reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. You will receive your receipt, pickup tracking information, and details regarding your order via email.
Heaven's Cure will attempt to ship all merchandise within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified, using international courier services. Depending on the circumstances of your purchase, lead times can range between 3–5 business days for stock items. Art Exposure will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Merchandise purchased from Heaven's Cure may be returned within 10 days of delivery if accompanied by the original receipt, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing heavencuresupport@gmail.com. Heaven's Cure will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded.
Claims for Defective or Damaged Items: Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 3 days of delivery will be subject to the respective vendor's warranty policies.
Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of a minimum of 10% or a maximum of 20%, in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
