Yes — and we prove it rather than just claim it. Sidr Honey / بیری کا شہد is pure raw honey, and every batch is lab-tested for added sugars (the fingerprint of syrup adulteration), moisture and HMF before it is bottled. If a batch doesn't pass, it never becomes a jar.
Why might this honey crystallise?
Because it is real raw honey. Natural glucose slowly crystallises over time, especially in cooler months — it is a signature of unheated honey, not a defect. To re-liquefy, stand the jar in warm (never boiling) water and stir gently; never microwave it.
